Honestly, I was a bit let down by The Fishman Island arc, while it was a good story, I feel like it could have been absolutely nuts, but it wasn’t. :(
The Punk Hazard arc, however, is exactly what i love in my one piece. 25% Plot Expostion and world politics, 25% action, and 150% HOLYSHITWHATTHEFUCKYES situations. (Exhibit A)- The entirety of The Enies Lobby arc.
I just want the strawhats to fuck shit up in the name of fucking shit up again.
I really really really want Usopp to completely and totally redeem himself soon. I mean, He is fantastic comedic relief and makes some of the funnier scenes in the series funny, but…
I feel like we haven’t quite seen him at his full potential.
We saw a glimmer of it in Water Seven when he stood up to Luffy. While Luffy kicked the everloving shit out of him, I was still proud of Usopp for standing up to his own captain.
And now that he has trained and become now what the fandom calls “Mansopp”, I feel like that in one of these new arcs he needs to stand with Luffy and Zoro and just destroy some bitches.
I want to see ALL of what Usopp can do with his new powers.
That’s just what I think. I kind of want to see the same with Chopper and Brook as well.
